Many people hire videographers to film their weddings, an important and memorable day in their lives.
What about other moments of your life? What if, instead of just recording one important day, you could have a film record of a longer life story enriched by your experiences and reflections over the years?
We don’t think you have to be famous to have a film about your life. Everyone has a story, and film can bring that story alive in a unique and creative way. As you recall a special memory, film can capture your tone of voice, your gestures, your laughter, or the glimmer in your eye.
With professionalism and care, we will work with you to craft a visual memoir—a personalized life film—of memories, anecdotes, and photos carefully and respectfully assembled in a beautifully produced visual record that captures your legacy.
About the Filmmaker
I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and grew up in Montreal where I live with my wife, two children and our Great Pyrenees Mountain dog.
I studied at McGill University, the University of Oregon and the Université de Montréal, and hold degrees in anthropology, literature, and education and have received training in film at the Canadian Screen Training Centre, Main Film, and the Summer Institute of Film and Television in Ottawa. I am also a Canada Council for the Arts production and travel grant recipient, and my films have screened at venues around the world. From my earliest productions, I have been drawn to bringing people’s stories to life using the unique language of film to craft a timeless visual narrative.
As a parent to two kids (and a giant dog!), I know how difficult it is to find the time to sit down and sort through family photos. Time flies, life gets in the way. When you find unlabelled photos in a box you start wondering, asking questions… Who is this person? Where are they? Is that baby in the photo my mom!? What’s the story behind these photographs? If only they could talk…
After taking stock of over a decade of film-making, I realized that I have always been fascinated by visual narratives.

Packages
We offer three principal film packages. These can all be adapted to best suit your needs and budget.
For individualized film projects such as these, the most time-consuming part is the careful editing, assembling and polishing of the filmed material. This is reflected in the pricing packages. The full costs of all productions are disclosed up front with clients.
The length of the final film will depend on the interview footage, added visuals and the overall pace of each film. As the narrative takes shape, we communicate options with the client as we develop the best length and structure.
